Responsible for research, site analysis, community consultation, and report writing and design, the RM of Ritchot Main Street Revitalization project resulted in conceptual designs for Main Streets in St-Adolphe, Île-des-Chênes, and Ste-Agathe, capturing the community’s vision of a vibrant destination while accommodating pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular traffic and enhancing the attractiveness of the core business area. Coordination with Manitoba Infrastructure ensured the plans were supported. An implementation strategy and budget outlining order of magnitude were also prepared for the RM of Ritchot.
